“Moved in several months ago and I'm comfortable here. The apartments are nice inside and out. The neighbors are friendly, it's clean, quiet and the community around us is nice. Kim was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I told her I was under a time constraint, and she was able to complete the leasing process the same day I submitted my application. The reason I decided to write this review today is because of an email I received from Belinda. She asked how everything was going and if there was anything they could help with. Seems like a small gesture, but I've never received such a message from any place I've ever lived. I appreciated it. Any management of other properties, I've dealt with in the past ignored messages, phone calls and gave me a feeling of being a burden. In turn never feeling comfortable. Point is the vibe here is a really good one.”

“I've lived here for at least 5 years. It's quiet. I never hear my neighbors. The property is well kept. The management sends regular updates if there are any special service repairs, outages or severe weather announcements. Management is always quick to respond to any requests or questions I might have. I really appreciate management's sincere concerns to make sure my expectations are met. In the time I've lived here, I have had no problems or complaints whatsoever.”
